You needed to think of back protectors a bit like helmets, the worst helmet is still better than skull hitting Pavment! Any sort of padding that transmitts forces over the whole of the back, is better than straight though the spinous prosses and the lamina!. This is a serious piece of body armor with a variety of uses.

- Elasticized shoulder straps and adjustable nylon belt with velcro fastening system.
- Adjustable shoulder straps and elastic waist holds the spine guard in place.
